Plum Sauce

This great place has a plum tree in the backyard, so I harvested some of the fruit and made this delicious sauce.

Simply Divine Plum Sauce

10 plums, cut in half with pits removed
2 teaspoons cinnamon
stevia, lakanto, or sweetener of choice to taste

Place all ingredients in a pot on the stove and cook over medium heat until plums are “melty” and have generated liquid that has come to a boil.

Serve warm. Also delicious over a dairy or non-dairy frozen dessert.

Shown here with gluten-free ginger snaps, cappuccino non-dairy frozen coconut dessert, and raw cacao nibs:

p.s. If you haven’t tried the coconut “ice-creams” you’re missing out. They are SOOO good. You’ll never miss ice cream again. These are BETTER.

    Chloe,

Wow, a lovely splash of entries for me this morning. Such graceful settling into your space with flourish, order and tangy delights. Oh, and I am so happy for your musical experiences last night, too.
