Debut Video Post: Vegan Greek Salad Demo

Being at home with my family for the holidays has many advantages! One is that my wonderful brother is willing to take a video of my culinary experiments. Thanks, Benno!
Hopefully, the video demonstration makes putting together your own salad easier. Let me know what you think and if you have suggestions for how I can improve future videos.

Vegan Greek Salad Ingredients

Mixed greens
Artichoke hearts, cut in quarters
Chickpeas, soaked and cooked or from a can
Sundried tomatoes
Calamata olives, pitted and cut in half
Heart of palm, sliced fairly thinly
Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Red onions, diced
Roasted red peppers, sliced
Wild rice or other whole grain
Capers

for dressing:
Olive oil
Medium salsa
Red wine vinegar

Place all ingredients into large bowl. Mix up dressing separately and then toss with salad. Please note none of the ingredients are essential, so if you’re missing something, don’t worry, and if you want to add something else, go for it. Use this for inspiration!

I loved the debut video. The image was so vivid and dare I say tasty. I hope you do more.

I have two suggestions: 1) start the intro with a head/shoulders shot of you 2) close with a close up of the salad or you and the salad.

I want to make this salad now.
    Cheers,
    Mike

Thanks, so much Mike. Yes, in the future, I plan to show myself! Great thoughts. I have some other ideas, too. Did you end up making the salad?
