Cure for the common cold

Feel a cold coming up? Take echinacea and astragulus drops under the tongue (you can find these at your local healthfood store or online), along with Airborne/Walborne dissolved in water (I like mine in hot water!). Then saute a few cloves of chopped garlic in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Remove the garlic. Wait until the oil is safe to touch. With a dropper, carefully put still warm garlic oil in each ear. Use cotton balls to keep oil in ears. Even if your ears don’t hurt, this magical oil will stimulate your lymphatic system to clear out the “bug”. Seriously, this ancient Ayurvedic technique works every time! You’ll kick your cold in 24 hours. Oh, and don’t forget to drink lots of hot water and tea.

P.S. You can also use this trick on your kids. It works well for those pesky childhood ear infections. You might have to sneak up on them when they are sleeping!

my son is not really sick. We live in Mexico City and this time of year the pollution is getting bad and so is he. he has a runny nose and coughs all the time and long with build up in his head. I am going to try the garlic oil on him today to see if it helps at all along with cleansing his passages and cough syrup…well I am sure a little airborne would not hurt either
