This will be my shorted post ever! I had some cantaloupe and feta cheese around, and I had been using cumin in another dish: voila! a three-ingredient recipe was born.
Cantaloupe Salad
serves 1
Ingredients
1 cup cantaloupe, chopped into bite-sized cubes
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
Place cubed cantaloupe in a bowl. Sprinkle on the feta cheese. Top with ground cumin. A mint sprig would be a nice added touch. This was so delicious that I ate it all without snapping a picture!
