i love how your practice includes a holistic combination of all your gifts, not simply nutritional counseling.
i also wanted you to know that i’ve appreciated the balanced, non-shaming approach that you take to helping others learn to avoid nutritional pitfalls/traps. i like that you encourage people to listen to their bodies and not accept any one diet such as vegan/veggie/sugar-free/gluten-free/paleo as the absolute truth.
while i know that people are often looking for that absolute/quick fix, i think that they will appreciate the fact that nutrition (while it has its absolutes) is something that is personal and needs to be tailored to every individual.
